Avoid 8 mistakes while applying pan card application

If you want to apply for pan card, You can apply either online paperless or physical form. Many times applicant face problem of not receiving pan card or pan card on hold status. So avoid following mistakes while applying pan card online.
1. Name without initials
Initials are One or Two letters words like (Mr. Mrs., Dr. Ph. M. D. etc). Initials are not valid with applicant name. so don’t enter any initials before or after your name while applying pan card.
2. Husband name (don’t enter husband name at anywhere on pan form)
Husband name is not valid in pan card application. there is not any husband name column in pan card application form. Many applicant write husband name after place of father name. so don’t do this type of mistake while applying for pan card.
3. Thumb impression
If an applicant do thumb impression at place of signature then signature/form should be attested by notary public of india. otherwise your pan application form will rejected by NSDL/UTI/ITD.
4. Change father’s name, name, gender, dob (Annexure A form)
Annexure A form is required when applicant want to make changes / correction in their name, father’s name, gender, dob. Annexure A form should be photo affix and sign by Gazetted officer, Municipal counsellor MC, MP, MLA and also attach copy of their official ID.
5. Signature
Signature should clear black ink and within signature box, don’t cross or touch signature box lines.
6. Photos (color passport size)
Applicant should affix two passport size photos (left and right top corner) on pan application form. Photos should clear and plain light color background. If your photo have any background like flower, nature etc background then your application may rejected by ITD.
7. Full date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy) on aadhaar
Aadhaar is a powerful documents proof it full-fill ID proof, address proof and DOB proof for any application. but if your aadhaar card have only birth year printed then your application will rejected. so first fix your date of birth on aadhaar card and reprint your aadhaar card then you can attach aadhaar card with pan application.
